MOC Chairperson
Are you an experienced professional within the Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) sector with a strong understanding of regulatory processes? We’re looking for a proactive MOC Chairperson to oversee and lead creditor meetings, ensuring transparency, compliance, and fair representation for all parties involved.
The Role:
As an MOC Chairperson, you’ll be responsible for managing Meetings of Creditors (MOCs) with professionalism and integrity. You will ensure all processes are followed in line with regulatory requirements, provide clear and impartial guidance, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining operational standards and driving continuous improvement within the IVA sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Chair creditor meetings, ensuring fair and compliant proceedings.
Provide clear, concise reports on meeting outcomes.
Facilitate discussions between creditors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners.
Manage any disputes or queries with professionalism and neutrality.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
Recommend improvements to enhance the MOC process.
